A4-Vorlagen auf US Letter drucken (und umgekehrt)

Diese Anleitung ist auf Englisch.

A4 (210 × 297 mm) is slightly narrower and taller than US Letter (216 × 279 mm). If you print an A4 PDF on Letter paper without adjusting, the bottom may be cut off.

The simple fix: in the print dialog choose 'Fit to page' / 'Scale to fit' – the template shrinks by about 6 % and prints completely. For labels, cards and anything with exact sizes, download the matching size instead: every printable on this site has both an A4 and a US Letter version.

Going the other way (Letter PDF on A4 paper) always fits – just print at 100 %.
